About the Owner

Christopher Tillman is the founder of Official Goods Empire and a Business Development & Operations Consultant with a background spanning military leadership, information technology, business administration, audio engineering, creative production, entrepreneurship, and intellectual property.His experience has consistently centered on one skill: seeing how the pieces fit together. Whether managing technology, developing creative projects, building business systems, or helping others organize their ideas, Christopher focuses on identifying what already works, what is missing, and what needs to happen next.After serving ten years in the U.S. Army, Christopher continued developing his experience across technology, business, and the creative industries. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, an associate degree in Recording Arts, and professional training in audio engineering.He founded Official Goods Empire to put that combination of creative thinking, technical knowledge, and operational experience to work for others—particularly people who are good at what they do but need help turning that ability into something structured, sustainable, and capable of generating revenue.Christopher doesn’t need to be the expert in your craft. His job is to help you build the business around it.

BUSINESS SYSTEMS & WORKFLOW DEVELOPMENTThe Idea
A growing business can have all the right tools and still struggle when those tools don't work together.The goal was to design a clear client lifecycle that could move a customer from initial inquiry through contracting, payment, onboarding, production, and project closeout—while reducing unnecessary manual work and keeping important business decisions under human control.What OGE Built
Official Goods Empire analyzed the existing process and designed the workflow connecting the major stages of the client lifecycle:Inquiry → CRM → Approval → Contract → Signature → Payment → Onboarding → Production → CloseoutOGE then evaluated how tools for forms, CRM, electronic signatures, payments, file storage, and automation could work together within that process.The Result
The business gained a documented blueprint for its client lifecycle and a clearer understanding of how information should move between people, processes, and technology.Individual tools that previously handled separate tasks could now be viewed as parts of one larger operating system.Implementation and automation of portions of the workflow remain in development.
